What is included
An agreed review of the energy-compliance strategy, the assumptions driving the assessment and proportionate options for the design team. The work is scoped around the unresolved issue, with relevant calculation outputs coordinated where included in the appointment.
Information to send
Send drawings, specifications, existing calculations and any comments from Building Control. Include the project type, application history, stage and the design or cost constraints you need to protect. Highlight the decision that is preventing the project moving forward.
Scope, fees and timing
